Event Registration and Personal Data
When registering for the event, personal data such as name, date of birth, gender, stake and ward, email address, languages understood, skiing plans, dietary or other individual requirements, and comments or concerns may be collected. Organizers may also add payment-status and administrative notes for event management.
This data is processed solely for the purpose of organizing and administering the event, including accommodation arrangements, catering arrangements, and essential communication related to the event. Dietary and individual requirements may, in some cases, reveal health-related or religious information. Such data is processed only where necessary for the organization of the event and based on the participant’s explicit consent.
Relevant information may be shared with the event venue for operational purposes.
Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for event administration and applicable legal obligations.

Data Sharing
Relevant information may be shared with the event venue for operational purposes. Registration submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet used by authorized members of the Snowcamp OK-Team. The website uses Google Apps Script to transfer registration data to that Sheet and to deliver contact-form messages to the Snowcamp email account.
Data Retention
Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for event administration and to comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations. Unless otherwise required by law, personal data will be deleted within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the event.
Contact Form
If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, subject and message so the Snowcamp OK-Team can respond to your inquiry. Contact-form messages are delivered to the Snowcamp email account and are not used for unrelated marketing.
Data Security
Access to participant data is restricted to authorized members of the OK-Team. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
